Our Purpose

The objective of these Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is to provide a clear and concise procedure for the Deans, Directors, Account Experience Managers, Product Owners, Faculty and Students of the responsibility of each party in terms of activities involved. The procedures for creating and running online classes are presented and shared with the concerned party for ensuring smooth operations. Each party must have a clear understanding of the procedures and the responsibilities that are assigned.
